Simon is our Treasurer and runs an accountancy business – Eco Accountancy Services.  He is a keen walker, usually accompanied by his adorable Jack Russell Eddie. 

 

He also supports Lily’s Social Kitchen by providing sessions on cooking and budgeting (having previously had a long career in the hospitality industry as a trained chef).  Simon has had a life-long interest in how we treat the planet, its resources and each other, and believes in ethical ways of doing business that lead to a sustainable future.
